In a photo, the persons are so close, I am unable to use the "Identify" feature. It will only pick up one of the persons in that place.

Jeff, Geni Curator You should be able to change the size of the box by grabbing the corner or the sides.

Permanently deleted user You may tag a person's name in each of the relevant photographs. Once you have, those photos will not only appear under their name but also in the Media tab of their profile page.
Using the People Identifier you can easily determine where each person is located within a photo. To identify people in the photo do the following:- Navigate to the photo in which you want to identify the people within
- Click on the "Identify" button located above the photo
- Locate the person you would like to tag
- Click on the face of the person in the photo until you see the ‘Type a name or choose from the list’ box
- You can change the parameters of the highlighted green square so that it identifies solely the correct person by either clicking on it and dragging it with your mouse or use the cursor to stretch or shrink the box at the corners of the framed area
- Begin typing the name of the person you have identified within the green box
- Repeat the step until all people are identified
After you have completed these steps you will notice that when you scroll over people within the photo their name will appear.
Also, you will need to make sure each person is already listed within your 'Family Group'. This may be determined in several different ways. You may first either check your Family Group settings to ensure the person falls within the parameters you have set.
