I recently received a forest gedcom & would like to know why it contains all the royalty for UK & Europe plus heavens knows what else.

I would much rather have received relevant information re colloborators families , even though far removed from my family I am sure are much closer

than Henry 8th or Wills & Harry.Because it was such a large file of 100000 people I experienced many problems trying to load it into 3 different private trees,2 unsuccessfully.

Only to find that so much of the information was irrelevant.

As my question  started I am interested to know why this information is included.

  Personally, I think the Forest Export is a little crazy.  It's a back-up for people that want to get as much as they can into their software.  For most of us, the other options available for export are more reasonable - Blood relatives, Ancestors, Decedents.
