When I wanted to get a birthday message to my cousin, Brenda Morgan,the page in the beginning which states,if I want want to upgrade for $4.95 a month keeps coming up.I always click on no thanks at the bottom of the page. It keeps coming up and there is no way I'm going to upgrade my GENI at all.This needs fixing on your browser.

Liivi Murumets One way around this is to upload a photo or picture - a birthday or anniversary card or a nice drawing - and tag the recipient. If the person doesn't already have a profile photo, the card will be used as one.

Lo Monica -- The complaint is about Birthday Messages, not Gifts, your "Answer" does not address the question!!
Cheri -- They have changed things yet again!! Currently you should once again be able to send Birthday Messages, complete with choice of having it held till Birthday, delivered then - no Ad for Pro - (tho the Page will include choice for Gift which requires upgrade, this is currently being done sensibly and politely, not that obnoxious way it was when you posted.)
