Why won't it stop asking for credit card information?

I'm trying to add someone's parent, but it keeps sending me to a page asking me to put in credit card info. I click no thanks and continue but it keeps doing it anyway. I'm only doing this so I can print it off for school and then I'd like to delete the account, so there's no need. How can I get it to stop?
