I have Tree merge gone wrong and now can't remove incorrect parents from realaionships

As you ca see when you try to remove someone it goes red and u can't remove!
Remove button does stay disabled. Geni developers, please fix it. Thank you!
Yes, please, fix it ASAP!!! I'm having the same problem, can't split a person from my tree (that one who invited me to Geni, but he isn't from my family!)
I have excatly the same problem, more than 2 SETS OF PARENTS
WIll having a Geni Pro account permit me to clean this mess.

when i go to the edit relationship the list of relationship doesn't show up. it will say loading relationship.... then it will say This action is taking too long to complete.... i wanna erase my ex husband from my account totally. i do not wanna see him when i open my GENI. PLS FIX NOW!!!!

I cannot remove/change/select wrong parents from my tree. It looks like someone else assigned the wrong parents overriding my correct ones? They are not part of my tree! Please advise or fix ASAP. Thank You!
There appears to be hundreds of people added to my tree, and a lot are duplicates and have increased the total so that I can no longer add people to my tree. I can only delete the ones I added myself, and am told I do not have permission to delete the other ones. How am I to get back to the limit of 100 for a free account without deleting all the ones I put in myself. Why is someone else allowed to add to my account. All additions, not made by me should be removed. If not I will just delete my account. I get the same message as Purushottam Shah when trying to change information. GENI PLEASE FIX OR LOSE A LOT OF PEOPLE.

This goes nowhere. I am not wasting any more time trying to fix things. You have made it so difficult.
Judy - one piece of good news -possibly two --1] they just recently (blog announcement Mar. 1, 2012) the 100 limit to mean each person can ADD 100 profiles, so if when you look at your statistics for Number of Profiles Added it is less than 100, you should still be able to add.; 2] both before and now - if you are over the 100 limit (for example before, due to merge or others adding; or - before or now - for example, due to adding lots during a free Pro Trial -- you can still view and edit them as Basic, just if over 100, cannot add more.
For everyone -- Deleting a Profile is done in tree view, by clicking on the little 'x' in upper right corner of box. If it is a claimed profile, you cannot delete it. If it is unclaimed but has Profiles dependent on it, those must be deleted first. Splitting a Profile from a Tree and/or splitting a Tree is not a Basic Function, I believe it is something a Pro can do.
Berenice, you should be able to go into your relationships tab and select the correct parents in the pull down menu, or remove the incorrect parents in via the checkbox. Make sure that Lewis is married to your mother in the tree.
In tree view, click the "edit" link on your profile. Or click your name at the top right of the page, and select "View your profile". On the right hand side you'll see "Edit Profile". Click the relationships tab in when the edit profile box comes up.
Followed the instruction to go to edit profile, go to relationship, click remove box but additional remove button will not activate so cannot complete removal. Is this something that you have to but Geni Pro to activate.
