Empty profiles

Names are listed on white boxes that are locked. No info can be added and they can not be deleted even though they are attached to a tree that is managed by me. See attached file.

Nancy,

If the profiles are grayed out in the tree, then this means they are private profiles outside of your Family Group (third great grandparents/fourth cousins and closer). You can contact the profile manager regarding those profiles.
