I have been trying to send a birthday gift and message, but I am sent to an upgrade page every time instead of the sending me to the correct page. Help!

As of September 13, gifts are now paid only features. You may upgrade Geni Plus or Pro for access to unlimited gifts.
To write a birthday message, you can navigate to your relative's profile page and leave your greeting on their Guestbook.
