Hello--you solved my problem by appplying my gift purchases that I already made, to a Geni Plus membership for 22 months. You told me in a nice way and now I can use Geni again.
But I had to go through weeks of frustration and confusion and then anger--unnecessarily.
Because- Geni Plus was not OFFERED--it was pushed in my face and suddenly, with no warning I was unable to do the sinple acts of sending birthday greetings and sending the gifts I had already paid for by clicking on the same link as I had been doing.
All you had to do, at least for me, was explain Geni Plus, the advantages, the very smal cost (less than buying gift credits!!) and OFFER the service, explaining you were unable to keep doing it for Free.
I would have bought it and saved myself a lot of misery.
