  I'm not aware of any home page change, aside from the DNA test notification. What are you seeing, or not seeing?  What happens if you go here: http://www.geni.com/family-tree

  Are you viewing it from a mobile device or a iPad, something that doesn't support Adobe Flash?  They have a new HTML5 tree for that, but it's still in-progress.
