I am again not getting any Geni mail i.e. latest news, birthday, anniversary reminders etc. This is the third time this has happened. The first time I was asked to check spam and to add geni on my contact list. All this has been done. Now I am not able to send a complaint ticket even.

Make sure that bottom checkbox is not ticked. You could also try to uncheck, save changes, recheck, save changes - maybe it will reset something.
