I think my wife's email is tied to two different email accounts. She is no longer receiving geni emails and can't recover her password. She keeps requesting a password change but then doesn't receive an email...it's not in her Spam either. I think it's because their is two email accounts tied to her name...one of which isn't active. help! please email me at wacz007@yahoo.com

Geni Support Team Hello Damian:
We currently show there are two email address connected to your wife's Geni account. She may want to try to the password reset again as she should receive it at both email addresses. If she still has not received the password reset and since one of them is inactive, she may follow the instructions for "How do I update the email address on my Geni account, if I no longer have access to that email address?" -
If you no longer have access to the email address used on your Geni account and you are unable to recall your login information, you will be required to send an inquiry to subscriptions@geni.com for assistance with this.
Geni will then be able to remove your email address from your profile, where you will then be able to ask a relative in your tree to re-invite you back to your tree using your current email address.
*Note: If you were the only claimed/active Geni user in that tree and there is no one who can re-invite you, you will need to start over at Geni.com using your current email address.
