I do keep receiving an error message “You don’t have permission to add onto that profile”... Even if I manage the person by myself. Very strange.
Also, when I tried to ask this from the help (or "submit a ticket") I am always forwarded to a money request and returned back to the main "Help topics".
Very frustrating when you are trying to contribute to the community for free...
There is a limit on adding profiles with a free account, and creating a support ticket is also a premium feature. Here is a comparison of the services offered at Geni.

I don’t get it. Somehow, but only hardly, I can understand if you have to pay for access to data but why on earth you have to pay for contributing it. Perhaps Genic.com is not my platform. Even though I liked the basic idea.
