I need HELP! I've had an account with you for a year now, maybe it expired? I wanted to access a document and couldn't, so I paid $39.95 tonight on my VISA card. I went to access the document and it said I needed special access So I STILL can't access the document?? Can someone please tell me what is the status of my account and what in the heck I've paid for?? I feel I've paid for nothing. Please forward this to the help desk!!
The only way I could see to submit a ticket was for me to pay AGAIN. :(
