Cannot get into main site to view the family tree that I have created. After the Home page and selecting "Tree", it gets stuck on the almost blank screen with the little rosette of black radial lines which keep going steadily round & round.
Prior to this, every time that I attempted to enter a new family member, it reverted to the advertisement and I could not then insert a new ancestor on the family tree or even edit an existing.
Please help!
