I started a tree in 2009. For some week ago I should log into my tree. I had forgot my password so I choose tolog in through facebook. Now I can´t access my old tree because the system created a new tree for me so now there is two of me. I wan´t to have my old tree from 2009 back and get rid of the tree started in 2011. How do I do?

If you still have access to the original email address you may reset your password and then merge your two profiles.
To reset your password, please try the following:
To merge your own profiles, you may simply login to one of those accounts and add the email address for the other account.
To do so first log into one of your Geni accounts and go to your Account Settings. Find the Email and Password link and click on it. To add the email address associated with the other account, click, 'Add email' and enter it in. Once you have saved this, you will receive a message asking if you would like to merge your Profiles. All that is required is for you to enter in the password for the other account. Otherwise, you may send yourself a verification email.
