How do i contact suppoert , i payed for an account using paypal and it keeps taking to the upgrade to Geni pro page. cant add people and cant submit ticket. Thanks Gary william bennett

Annette Sheaffer I have the same issue. Some lousy service. Expert staff my foot, when I click on help it takes me to page to pay again. WHERE IS THE HELP? I WANT TO CANCEL THE PAYPAL PAYMENT AND WHO NEEDS 14 DAYS FREE WHEN IT ISNT RECOGNIZING IT.

Permanently deleted user Gary, your pro services have been turned on, please make sure you are logged into your account when visiting the help desk so that our system recognizes you as a pro member. You will see a button that says Submit a Ticket.
Annette, Your account does not show a trial or any pro or plus services ordered. You have not been billed for any services.
Daniel, Your account is set up as a Plus member. We do offered priority support to our pro and plus members. Please make sure you are logged into your plus account before visiting the help section. Once you are logged in you will see the option to Create a Help Ticket.

evas81 Same problem, please help. I upgraded yesterday and it worked for a day and now I am back to basic - which is useless.

Geni, Inc. abrogated your automatic payments. Contact Geni, Inc. if you would like more information or to reactivate the payments.
The August 30 would pay for the next year each.
