Hi just received notification that my pro status will be renewed. Since I do not have that much time anymore to eb active in genealogy I would like not to prolong my pro status. How can I do that?

Permanently deleted user Please log into your pro account and submit a help ticket. As a Pro customer you have priority customer service assistance.

Andrew Edmund Scharlach Geni charged my credit card for an annual renewal of Geni Pro after I explicitly instructed not to renew. I suggest that others be careful about this.
