1. A member of my family removed me as the primary manager for my profile. How can they do this?
2. They inadvertently made my profile public. Now whenver I try to change it to private a pink message comes up saying "We are experiencing techinical dificulties."
3. Please change my profile to private and advise how this happened and can be prevented in the future.
