Despite trying to export my tree via GEDCOM multiple times I have not received any e-mails with a link to download it. I have tried both the extended tree and just blood relatives but neither have worked. Is there a known problem with this issue or another way for me to get all of the data I've entered in here?

Permanently deleted user Your profile shows that you have filed a spam complaint and blocked any email from Geni.com. We have removed the flag and ask that you try the export once again.

Nichole Ann Yakstis I am having similar problems as well... how do I rectify this? I do not see any spam or filters in my email that would be potentially blocking...

Pete Ormroyde I have a similar issue but I can recieve gedcom files , just not forrest gedcom. It said it can take uo to 4 days but I have waited over a week and nothing. I have submittec again but will have to wait another 4 days to see if it has worked
