I have to accounts one for post@janett.no and one for jkvarne@sf-nett.no . Same user but by a mistake a pro version was established on the jkvarne@sf-nett. I want to go on with the pro version but with the the information in the post@janett.no.

Permanently deleted user To merge your own profiles, you may simply login to one of those accounts and add the email address for the other account.
To do so first log into one of your Geni accounts and go to your Account Settings. Find the Email and Password link and click on it. To add the email address associated with the other account, click, 'Add email' and enter it in. Once you have saved this, you will receive a message asking if you would like to merge your Profiles. All that is required is for you to enter in the password for the other account. Otherwise, you may send yourself a verification email.

Heather Cruse this doesn't work. I added my other email and it SAID it was sending me a merge request; but instead I only get "Heather Cruse wants to add Heather Cruse to your tree" email:(
