Previously there was a box by your name when listed with multiple managers that you could check if you wanted to abandon managment of a file. That box on longer appears there. How does one abandon management of a profile now?

Permanently deleted user To remove yourself as manager of a profile, simply log in to your account and navigate to the profile you wish to remove yourself from. Click "Actions" and select "Manager Options." Click on the small x next to your name to remove yourself as a manager.
