I had an account under my name and my usual e-mail address. Because I was not able to merge my family tree into an existing account I created a second account under my daughters name and secondary e-mail address. My secondary e-mail address quit working so I requested the e-mail address under my daughters name be changed to my usual e-mail address. Your site said to complete this request they would send an e-mail to the first account. Now I cannot open my second account under my daughters name which is a pro account. Your sit will only let me login to my first account which is a basic account. Need help. e-mail candrrezac@charter.net,
