Jeannette Gardner I am not sure how to get back to you...My account went from free to pro. I did not want to change it. I asked for it to be changed back but now I have no access to it. I just want to be able to access my original free account and have my money refunded.

Jeff, Geni Curator No, sorry.. I guess you could try help@geni.com, but it probably goes into the same system. Sometimes it can take several days for them to get back with you and this was a three day weekend in the U.S. (Monday being a holiday).
