Let people update their basic membership tree, at least to note deaths.

I closed a redundant tree, but still am receiving messages from it.  I can't log into the account I kept open.  Relatives are getting birthday notices for recently deceased loved ones which is very hurtful, and I can't get into the tree to update the information.
