  If you no longer have access to the email address used on your Geni account and you are unable to recall your login information, you will be required to send an inquiry to help@geni.com for assistance with this.

  Geni will then be able to remove your email address from your profile, where you will then be able to ask a relative in your tree to re-invite you back to your tree using your current email address.

  Hi, I would like to change my email address. The email address I was invited on is my work address and I would like to change it to my Pvt address.

  simone.s@internists.co.za  to  s.botes000@gmail.com
