Can't add date of death, can't get help even though I upgraded

Hi, I am managing a family tree on Geni that now has nearly 350 people. Like an idiot, I just upgraded to "Plus" thinking I could get help with my problems.
Fat chance. I have submitted multiple tickets over the past several weeks and have not heard a thing. Through the "community," I finally figured out how to change a person's status from live to deceased. But there does not seem to be a way to add the date/place of death. WTF. I am going to call my credit card company, report this company as making fraudulent claims, and get my money back.
