Having logged out accidentally, how do I regain access to my family tree??

Dear 'GENI Team':

Thank you for your help in setting a permanent password, however, my difficulties remain.

My full name is Soter Selwyn Percival Parris and I began a family tree in Geni basic on 6th November 2011. (My Profile is attached).

I accidentally logged out a few days ago and I have not been able to log-in since, in spite of several attempts with what I thought was my password . Hence my reason for seeking your help with my password.

However, what has resulted is the apparent creation of another Soter Parris entity as of 21st November 2011.

Could you please help access my original tree, etc (viz. the entity created on 21st November 2011 ) and delete the Soter Parris entity created on 21st November 2011?

  Hello Soter:

  Do you remember the email address you used for the profile created on 6 November 2011? If so, and you are able to log into your account, you may merge your profiles by logging in to one of those accounts and add the email address for the other account.

  To do so first log into one of your Geni accounts and go to your Account Settings. Find the Email and Password link and click on it. To add the email address associated with the other account, click, 'Add email' and enter it in. Once you have saved this, you will receive a message asking that you have been invited to join the tree. Log out of your Geni account and login under the other email address. This will then merge your profiles.

  If you do not remember the email address you used you then you can send a n email to subscriptions@geni.com
