Impossible to change the email address of a user I manage

Hi there,

 

I checked all other answers to this question and none has helped me.  The other posts are suggesting to:

 

- add an email address which is impossible: the user in question is my brother and his invalid address cannot be changed

- Edit Profile and change the address: this is not possible.  When I edit his profile, his invalid address is greyed out and cannot be changed.

 

He's also unable to login since the email address associated to his account is not valid anymore.

 

This is an obvious flaw in the system.  Please fix.

  What we can do is removed the old email address from the profile. In order to reactivate the profile a member from your family tree will have to invite the user back. Would you like us to start this process? Please remember to provide the old email address in order to locate your profile.

  I have the same situation. How do I contact an Admin as with the above user?
