I hadn't logged in for awhile. Now I log in, and it changes half the screen to Simplified Chinese which I cannot read. Yes, I am in HK but am not Chinese. Why will you force everyone in this entrepot to speak Chinese? This has happened to me on many sites, and frankly I'm fed up with it.
there is no button labelled "language", or "English".
Half the page is in English and the other half in Chinese. If I could only read Chinese, I could not read the English.
This only shows that no thought has gone into your "improvement".
The only person you have "helped" with this improvement, is your marketer, who can now claim that your product is localized or internationalized.
