could we have a real responsible customer service?

My tree has around 400 relatives and we are using geni.com for 2 years. This site's administration started to change conditions of how customers can use their trees. Before they did not limit amount of relatives we could added and now they blocked us add new people. For normal operated business they should give alert customers a least one month in advance.
I believe that administration acted as criminals - put customers on the hook and than taking their money out. The company tried to hire a new CEO according crunchbase.com because after 5 years from start up they received last investment on January 2009.
My advice - start looking around, copy your information of your tree. Look - geni.com has big technical problems and they could not fixed its. For now they on extortion mood against their customers. Probably I will deliver that message for their last Investor Charles River Ventures.
