I'm beyond dissapointed. we joined this site when Geni first started. I understood the limits of the basic service but was happy with what i could do with the basic. Now after being on here for a few years for free I'm being told I've exceeded my family limit of 100??? You've gone the way of Classmates, which in the begining of this project you said wouldn't happen. I do remember your policy was to not take away from what services we already had but unless we paid a membership we wouldn't get any of the new services that came along. Now I can't view other members trees (even if they are a part of mine) and Now there is a limit on number of family members??? What do I do?? Delete the several hundred that have been there all this time??
Very very disappointed and for sure will not invite anymore people to here to be suckered like this.
