My wife is no longer able to use her old email and don´t remember her old password. She has opened a new claimed profile. Is there any way to either remove her old profile or merge the two profiles.

If your wife no longer has access to the original email address used to join Geni in order to do a password reset, please have her send an email to subscriptions@geni.com for further assistance stating the situation and if she remembers what the old email address was please include it in the email.
