My cousin has removed her profile image but it can still be found on geni

My cousin has removed her profile image but it can still be found on geni through the following URL as well as through google.

All help article refer to clicking the image but it is no longer on the profile and I can't click it.

How can we delete the photo completely?

I must say I'm surprised that I have to pay to get in contact with Geni to have an image removed and are hoping someone can help me in here.
