Your email said I'd get a 25% discount off Pro. When I went to order it, the dropdown said it would be a 20% discount. I wish you had a sales dept. when a customer wants to order/upgrade. I don't want to enter my CC info unless I can get the 25%. Will it show up on a 'check out' page? I see no other place to try to get your attention and an answer than this 'bug report' link.

Desiree Horwitz Also, I tried to enter my card info and it keeps rejecting my card, but won't tell me the reason! I wanted to take advantage of your % for membership that expires today. Everytime I try to create a ticket it takes me back to the credit card info page???

Carrie Fein HA! I can't even get to the screen to enter a credit card #. I would like a pro membership, but can't seem to get to a point where I can do it.
