Recently, I asked a very simple question and received a non-answer from Monica - customer service. She just told me to look at the Surname page which didn't help me at all! Please DO NOT SEND ME TO LOOK AT ANOTHER LINK! Can someone else answer me regarding Geni relationship paths?
All I want to know is, why Geni would show a direct relationship path with another family with same names in both our families, but not in other's with same names in both families. A big portion of the relationship path did not make sense to either family. Are these relationship paths really accurate?
