Why have you given basic users a 100 family limit? I have been on GENI for sometime and started our tree with my Aunty, now I cant do anything. Cant add my son and if I was to add anybody new they wouldn't be able to make any additions either without paying money, not a great start for someone new trying out GENI, it will just put them off straight away.
