I was shocked this morning to see that you list Angela Bostock (a family member of mine as deceased and so I took a look and saw that it is the Geni website. Can I ask how you can put this type of information online when it is not true? You have the whole family as being deceased. Can I ask how you obtain this type of information please in order that these bogus records can be taken off the website. I look forward to hearding from you. C. Frayne

Dan Cornett Hi, carol frayne~
It may be that the person who entered the data did not have any (or many) dates and made some (incorrect) assumptions.
You can see who "owns" a profile by viewing it, and then there is a link to "send a message to the manager". I (just another user of Geni) sent them a message alerting them (hopefully) of this issue.
Perhaps the manager is a relative of yours that you did not know about!?!

carol frayne Thank you for replying and sending a message on my behalf. Honestly, when I saw the headline on the web I nearly died from the shock! I don't know who is responsible for this type of action but I most certainly think it is an abuse of their responsibility in hosting the Geni site. I am grateful for your help and I personally would not subscribe to a site like this having seen this misrepresentation.
