I am trying to delete someone (they don't want to be included) and I cannot. The lists of relationships won't load and when I click "submit a ticket" I get taken to a sales pitch page. So 1) make the "Submit a Ticket" button work and 2) make the relationships load -- I just get the message "this is taking too long to load" and nothing happens.
