How do I request a complete extract of all the data loaded into my tree. I have been using Geni for a considerable length of time. As with most people, this is not a constant daily activity, but rather done at irregular intervals.
I have noticed that there is now a banner at the top informing me that I need to upgrade to be able to add new people as the tree has exceeded 100 people. My last count is that I am currently at approx 170, so see this as a new 'feature'.
The whole idea that attracted me to this searvice was the idea of it being free, as I now need to pay, I would like to know how I can have the entire tree extracted and sent to me (after all, it is my data), and removed from Geni.
