We have upgraded and paid for the life time connection but nothing is coming back from Geni. We can not add family?

We do not show any upgrade on your account. Once you decide to upgrade, you will have access to the particular membership benefits immediately. The basic free membership you would be limited to adding up to 100 profiles.
