I'm not planning on renewing my PRO account when the subscription runs out in 19 days. I understand Geni's need to make money and I'm fine with that -- I just can't afford it. I am removing documents and most of the photos for all the hundreds of profiles I've managed but I'm leaving all the data that I've provided over the last 2 years.
I wonder if you might extend the courtesy of letting me know which of the 100 profiles will be accessible to me after my subscription runs out? Is there a way in which I could preset which ones will be visible and editable after I've downgraded from Pro?
I think this is a fair question but I can't find an answer for it anywhere on the site. I'd really appreciate it if you could please let me know soon. This has also been submitted as a trouble ticket and posted to the community Help message board for anyone else interested in your reply. Thanks!
