If the manager of one matching profile is a pro member and the manager of the other profile is not, you have created a mess in that the matching profiles can no longer be merged. You should change the rules so that in such instance either the pro member can merge the matching profiles without needing the consent of the non-pro member or allow non pro members to approve merges initiated by pro members.
