I am a Pro User and have added over 100's of documents to gen.com. Last month I was unable to add sdocuments using Firefox 9. I select the document it seems to be uploading processing and after a short while then the pop-up window goes blank and no document has been uploaded
I contacted Geni via a ticket about this on over 20 days ago and I have had no response or acknowledgement that the problem is being addressed. Is anyone else have the same problem? How long does it take for a response from geni.com?
I would of expected beinga Pro User that 20 days would have been long enough to reply about this.
