I HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO WHICH I DON'T REMEMBER THE EMAIL OR PASSWORD. I HAD TO MAKE THIS ACCOUNT JUST TO CONTACT SOMEONE SINCE THIS WEBSITE'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

  Geni is a great program. I would like to update to the pro version but I am not confident of doing so with a business that keeps itself concealed. I want to know the legal status of the business, who the owners/shareholders are, where they reside, and who I can contact in the event of a problem both by email and telphone. Until such times as this info is available I will not be purchasing anything from this business.
