I upgraded from Basic to Pro with two weeks free trial, about an hour ago. I just tried to add more people to my tree but keep getting a message saying that I have reached my 100-person limit on Basic. Why isn't the system recognizing that I've paid and upgraded? How long does it take? Thanks.
