GENI PLUS - where are my benefits

I subscribed to GENI PLUS on JANUARY 13, 2012 for 2 years at a charge of $90.00 and I am not getting benefis of GENI PLUS.

I did NOT subscribe to GENI PRO.  I DID SUBSCRIBE TO GENI PLUS.   So don't tell me about GENI PRO.  Answer my GENI PLUS problem.

  They don't seem to have any idea of their members' status.  I upgraded a few days ago and still can't access the benefits of my upgrade.  And I can't even send a ticket to Tech Support because every time I click on the  link, I get another upgrade offer.

  What is Geni Plus, what are the benefits,how do I access them? I have seen no difference from basic and always hit a wall asking me to upgrade to pro for the answers
