this is no idea- it is a problm with one of my profiles

Some years ago I made a profil called Enok with the mail lutz@e-mail.dk . this profile was a very serious study of mine, trying to cover the family tree from ADAM to JESUS, and to fill in all the family members in their familyline, as I could connect them when studying the Bible. I had a lot of work with it, and where never interested in collaboration, even though some suggested it.

Now time has come for me to continue my projekt, and then I realize that I cannot login the lutz@e-mail.dk account, and the geni-system tells me that this mail has no account.

Then I found some earlier reset- your-password mails, and clicked on the link to reset. I filled in the new password, and there I was, seeing my Enoch-account. BANG! the geni-site goes into error-state where I cannot do anything and a no-permission message keeps coming up.

HOW can I get my profile back??

  Hello Jonas:

  I currently do not show the email address of lutz@e-mail.dk connected with a Geni account. Was the profile name only under Enok or was there a last name as well? Are there any other names that you added to your tree that I can search under and see what happened? If you still have the email link, does it have a profile id number in it, for example profile=6000000003589133654 or a long number within the link? 

  There is a possibility that if the profile was reported as a fake profile and we believed it was, then the profile could have been removed.

  hello Hiromimarie

  Thanks for your response. No there is no last name to enok. The mails I've got from GENI when I created the account are gone, but I have a couple of 'reset password'-mails. the numbers in these links don't look like account numbers. I could send them if you'd like.
  Now, I'm no hacker, but whem I reset the password to the enok account, I am redirected to an account called Enoch(followed by som arabic letters, that I never have seen before.) and if I'm fast enough, so that Geni doesn't go into error-mode, and I click to the tree - I can get into a geni-forest of somebody elses 'Adam to jesus' -study. see pictures from link:

  Now, this is my own theory. This expanded enok account, have a lot of presumably islamic names and islamic added relatives. Severel times I was contacted by some arabic guy, who really (really!) wanted to collaborate with me. I ignored his request as my projekt was for my own joy and satisfaction. What if he somehow convinced some Geni-people that he should have my enok account?

  Please help me. I did so much work with my enok-tree :'(

  okay, just by searching enoch, I can find the profile. It's some Isrealic guy with a masterprofile. I still don't know how he have got my profile.

  Hello Jonas:

  The screen shots are of a profile for Enoch which is a Master Profile. A Master Profile is the standard, most comprehensive and accurate profile for a given person. Other profiles for the same person are secondary and should eventually be merged into the Master Profile. 

  Curators have the ability to designate profiles as Master Profiles. In order to protect the integrity of the profile's data and prevent incorrect merges, Curators may either lock individual fields of a Master Profile or lock the profile entirely. If you would like to edit a locked field, please contact the Curator of the profile. 

  This Enoch profile does not show it was created by you or linked to your email address, so I'm not sure why the password reset is redirecting you.

  As a courtesy, I did a search only under "Enok", I did find one profile that was created by "Enok" (http://www.geni.com/people/Enok/6000000001186264237),  but there is no email address listed which means it may have been reported as Fake (when a user creates a profile other than themselves or a tree consisting of fake relationships) or a Claimed Historical Profile (when a user creates an account as a deceased person). If Geni determines you have claimed a historical profile or created a fake profile, the account will be unclaimed and subject to deletion. 

  Unfortunately, we will not be able to retrieve a profile when it has been unclaimed and there are no close claimed family members to re-invite you to the same tree.

  So i guess my work is lost? and that my way to use geni is impossible?
