I have the same question see as I have the same problem and the information is listed about an under aged child, I'm pretty sure you aren't supposed allow that.
Maria, have you contacted Judith Kicha? She is the manager and owner of that profile. Also note that this forum is public and a Google search will bring up this message.
Shelly, is the profile public and have you tried to contact the profile manager.
Jeff, I have contacted the profile manager previously, however she continues to post the information because the children's grandmother ,who has never even met them, feels she has the right to over rule the parents, claiming it's her "Grandparents right." They are minor children.
The manager and the Grandmother would be wrong if the child is under 13 years of age. I do not believe she has that right and would be in violation of United States Federal Law 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506 aka the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). In addition to the violation of federal law, it would be a violation of Geni's Terms of Service (http://www.geni.com/company/terms_of_use) Section VIII. If they're responsive, I'd try to request it one more time - otherwise I'd report them to misconduct@geni.com
