Do I have questions? Oh yes, I do.

I have several issues I'm curious about.

Since you are charging money to access information I provided to you, I request compensation for the information and for the time I spent researching and providing it to you. Is there a standard rate you compensate at?

Without an upgraded account, I am unable to access, make corrects, additions or remove information from my tree, so I'm concerned that the data that others are paying good money for may be incorrect. Surely you don't want that to happen, do you? I'm sure you're very concerned abut accuracy.

A Basic account is capped at 100 members. Which 100 members in my tree can I still manage? If I upgrade to Plus service, which 1000 members will I have? If I do sign up, will my card be charged after the 14-day free trial or will it be charged immediately requiring a lengthy refund period?

If I were to just close my account, surely I'd be able to take all of the information I've provided, right?

I was an early member of Geni and have brought many, many people here. You might even have called me an "evangelist" for this site and community at one time. I can't say I'm feeling much passion for your company now.

I'm sure there's lots of fine print in your user agreements that answers all of my questions and reduces me to a helpless simp. You're going to need lots of simps to make this thing float.
