Deceased family memebr is publicly searchable when it's never been public

Hi,

There is a web page http://www.pipl.com that indexes a deceased family member from my tree, on Geni.com, that is not public record.

Your FAQ says that "If I have created a deceased family member, this will be Public, and I can change that in my Privacy setting."

Now the problem is, that I have never had that person's profile public.

How is it then possible to search for him?
